50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, or check. The balance is automatically charged to the same card tthe day of arrival and the receipt will be on the table in your chosen chalet or cottage.
All cancellations require written notice. All cancellations are charged 5% of the deposit amount.
Any cancellation notice that is 30 days or less in advance of reserved arrival date, is non-refundable. Regardless of circumstance. Note *If we re-book any dates, we will refund the apportional amount for those dates filled.
A clean and well stocked facility is provided upon check in.
A linen change, and light housekeeping is provided once a week for longer stays.
Tenants are responsible for daily trash take out (cans provided), and their own daily cleanup of the facilities.
Housekeeping is done again on check out. Excessive cleanup required after check out (dirty dinner dishes) is subject to an extra cleaning charge of $50.
Daily housekeeping is available for additional charge and can be scheduled with advance notice.
|Breakfast and Other Services
Tollers Timbers provides all reservations a complimentary breakfast basket that is amply stocked for several mornings to satisfy our bed and breakfast travelers passing through. It includes morning beverages of coffee, assorted teas, milk, juice, hot and cold individual cereal pkgs, pancake mix and syrup and often little extras. We do not re-stock for our longer vacation rental stays as most visit the nearby grocery to purchase their own.
All facilities are well stocked with soap products, paper products - bathroom tissue, paper towels, napkins and re-supplied at cleaning times.
Tollers Timbers is an affiliate company of Alaskan Tour Guides, a package tour operator. We can assist guests with reservations for nearby recreation, often at a discounted rate.
